Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or refund if:
- The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
- The product received is different from what was ordered.
- Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
Note: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for tires that have been used, installed, or show signs of wear.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return:
- Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the product.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a product error or damage caused by us.
Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return procedure above and indicate the product you want as a replacement.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective:
