Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or refund if:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
  • The product received is different from what was ordered.
  • Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

Note: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for tires that have been used, installed, or show signs of wear.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the product.
  3. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a product error or damage caused by us.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return procedure above and indicate the product you want as a replacement.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
